We jog together in groups on the rocks in the fantastic nature reserve Tjurpannan. Along the way, we stop to do simple exercises such as sit-ups, squats and push-ups. Suitable for most people, the distance we run is about 5 km.

We meet at the reception.

Start the day in the best way – sweat, laughter and endorphins! We do high-intensity training mixed with mobility to nice music. Elin who holds the classes is not a trained PT but has a burning interest in OCR – Obsticle Course Race so don’t be surprised if cans, tires or the like appear. The class is suitable for everyone. Recommended age from 11 years. Bring a water bottle and towel.

Here we make something fun out of what is in the Lyan, paint or build sand castles, but this year we are allowed to stay outdoors so in case of bad weather we cancel. Summer holiday mornings are on in the background so you can just relax a bit if you’d rather do that.

Where are the biggest crabs actually found? What do they bite on and how many can you catch? Are they really forgetting that they were just picked up and once again nibbling on the methane? Let’s find out by fishing together.

For children who cannot swim, a life jacket applies, can be borrowed at Strandhänget. Bring your own meta.
