Age limit for booking

To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years old. We may require ID at check-in. Compliance with the age limit is a requirement for access to the accommodation.

Booking & Payment as well as cancellation

All payment must be made in advance. The booking is binding once the first payment has been made. If you cancel no later than 2 weeks before arrival – full refund with the exception of 500 kr, which is a cancellation fee. If you cancel later than 2 weeks before arrival – no refund. If you choose cancellation protection, which costs 10% of the accommodation cost, you can cancel with a full refund (minus the cost of the cancellation protection) until 10 am on the day of arrival.

Check-in/out times

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 PM at the latest unless otherwise agreed. If the plot/cabin/room has not been left on time, you will be charged any extra costs that arise if the next guest is unable to check in on time.

Insurance

You should have the necessary insurance, such as liability, accident and luggage insurance.

The campsite’s liability

The campsite is responsible for damage caused against you through proven negligence on the part of the campsite owner or staff employed by him or her within the framework of their duties. The campsite is not responsible for damage caused to you by outsiders or other guests. Nor for any damages that are outside the campsite’s control.

Complaints

If the rented object does not meet the promised condition, we want you to report it on the day of arrival so that we have an opportunity to correct it. Faults occurring during your stay should be reported as soon as possible.
