Start your day with a workout at Saltvik’s outdoor gym, cool off in the salty sea, and relax in our sauna. Continue with a light lunch, followed by a guided wine tasting featuring white and red natural wines. Round off the day with a three-course dinner at Bistro Tjurpannan.

Welcome to a day filled with delicious flavors and a relaxed atmosphere! At our daytime event, we’ll be grilling burgers while you get the chance to create your very own dream burger. Choose from our carefully selected toppings and build your burger just the way you like it – your taste, your way!
To complete the experience, we’ll be serving fresh and refreshing cocktails that pair perfectly with your burger. Gather family and friends for a day of great food, good vibes, and a summer-inspired atmosphere of pure enjoyment.

Welcome to an Easter filled with fun activities for the whole family! Start the day with an energizing family workout, followed by an exciting Easter hunt where you complete challenges around the campsite.
Take a break with a cozy quiz walk and round off the day with a delicious herring platter to enjoy together. A perfect mix of movement, togetherness, and Easter fun for all ages!

In the town of Grebbestad and the surrounding areas of Tanum Municipality, a wide range of activities and events are available. Find something that suits you!
Eat
The best place to eat is, of course, our very own Bistro Tjurpannan!
However, we also recommend taking a trip to Grebbestad to try one or more of the many excellent restaurants available there.
Archipelago Tours
Johan offers Archipelago Tours that suit all ages, from relaxing boat trips to seal safaris. Book your archipelago tour and experience Grebbestad.
We highly recommend booking a trip with Johan to explore Bohuslän’s rugged and beautiful seascape.
Älgafallet
Älgafallet is located in the northeasternmost part of the municipality, marking the border with Norway. It is Bohuslän’s highest waterfall, with a drop of 46 meters. A bridge below the falls provides easy access, and an information board shares details about the area’s border history and ancient monuments. In the past, a sawmill and a grain mill operated here. The best times to visit are during the wetter seasons of autumn and spring when the waterfall is especially impressive.
Shopping
If the rain decides to pay a visit, it might be the perfect time for a little shopping trip. Grebbestad offers many charming small shops that are well worth a visit.
About 12 km from Saltvik, you’ll find Tanum Shoppingcenter featuring a diverse selection of stores and dining options. Just outside Grebbestad’s town center is Sportshopen, the largest sports store in the Nordics.
Discover Caves
In the charming and authentic fishing village of Havstenssund, the stunning Målarklöva hiking trail winds its way up to the top of the mountain, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
Munkkyrkan located by the sea just north of Grönemad, is a natural formation from the Ice Age. The tunnel-like cave is approximately 11-12 meters deep. By the shore, you’ll find a large rock formation known as “The Altar Stone”.
Towering above Fjällbacka, Vetteberget offers spectacular views of both the archipelago and the mainland from its highest point. The mountain is divided into Big and Small Vetteberget by the distinctive Kungsklyftan, a dramatic gorge with massive wedged boulders forming its “roof.”

Experience the Sea
Skärgårdsidyllen offers everything from guided kayak tours to yoga on both sea and land.
At Bröderna Klemmings Dyk you can book diving excursions, high-speed safaris, and seal safaris.
Vitlycke Museum
Vitlycke museum is a knowledge and experience center in Tanum’s World Heritage area, home to around 600 rock carving sites. You can join a guided tour or explore the carvings freely, interpreting their unique symbols. The museum also features a café and a shop.
Catxalot - Seaweed, Sea & Love
Catxalot organizes workshops, lectures, and courses on seaweed and coastal plants for individuals and corporate groups. Check out their activities at catxalot.se.
Most events take place at Tjurpannan, Grebbestad, home to some of Sweden’s finest snorkeling waters.
