\u00c4lgafallet is located at the top of the northeastern part of the municipality and forms the border with Norway. The waterfall is Bohusl\u00e4n’s highest with its 46-metre drop. There is a bridge below the falls with good accessibility. An information board tells about border history and ancient monuments. In the past, there was a saw and a mill here. Water-rich periods are autumn and spring when the fall is a particularly big visitor attraction.

If the rain should come to visit, it might be time to take a little shopping trip. Grebbestad offers many small cozy shops that are well worth a visit. About 12 km from Saltvik you will find Tanum Shopping Center<\/a> with a mixed selection of shops and eateries. Discover caves<\/h4>

In the small, genuine fishing community of Havstenssund, the magically beautiful hiking trail through M\u00e5larkl\u00f6va<\/a> goes up to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy a fantastic view.<\/p>\n

The monks’ church<\/a> is located by the sea just north of Gr\u00f6nemad, and is a natural formation from the Ice Age. The cave is tunnel-like and about 11-12 meters deep. At the beach is a large boulder called the altar stone.<\/p>\n

High above Fj\u00e4llbacka rises Vetteberget<\/strong><\/a>, from whose highest point you have fantastic views of both the archipelago and the mainland. Catxalot arranges workshops, lectures and courses on seaweed and beach plants for private individuals and business groups. See activities on catxalot.se<\/a>. Most of the activities take place at Tjurpannan, Grebbestad, where you can experience one of the finest snorkeling waters available in Sweden.<\/p>\n
