Age limit for booking <\/span><\/h3>\n

To book\/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old. Identification may be required upon check-in. Meeting the age limit is a requirement for access to the accommodation. <\/span><\/p>\n

Booking & Payment and Cancellation<\/h3>\n

All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding at the time of booking. If you cancel no later than 2 weeks before arrival \u2013 full refund with the exception of SEK 500, which is a cancellation fee.
\nIf cancelled later than 2 weeks before arrival \u2013 no refund <\/span><\/p>\n

If you take out cancellation insurance, which costs 10% of the booking cost, you can cancel with a full refund (except for the cost of the cancellation insurance) until 10 am on the day of arrival. <\/span><\/p>\n

Check-in\/Out Times<\/h3>\n

The check-in time for all types of accommodation is at 15:00<\/strong> and the check-out time is no later than 11:00<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed.
\nAccess to the plot for caravans, motorhomes and tents can be done from 13.00 only by agreement.
\nIf the pitch\/cottage\/room is not left on time, you will be charged any additional costs incurred if the next guest is unable to check in on time. <\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicles & parking<\/h3>\n

When booked accommodation at Saltvik, one vehicle applies per plot\/cottage. Other vehicles in the party we refer to the guest parking at the reception at the beginning of the campsite.
\nFor those of you with an electric vehicle, we have 3 charging posts in the guest parking lot at the reception. <\/p>\n

Insurance<\/h3>\n

You have the cover you deem necessary, such as liability, accident and luggage insurance. <\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking<\/h3>\n

Smoking is prohibited in all cottages, service buildings and common areas. Use ashtrays that are placed at the buildings. <\/p>\n

Campsite responsibilities <\/span><\/h3>\n

The campsite is liable for damage caused to you by proven negligence on the part of the campsite host or by his staff in the performance of their duties. <\/span><\/p>\n

The campsite is not responsible for damage caused to you by outsiders or other guests. Nor for damage that has been beyond the campsite’s control. <\/span><\/p>\n

Complaints\/complaints <\/span><\/h3>\n

If the rented object does not meet the promised condition, we want you to report it on the day of arrival so that we have an opportunity to correct it.
